Bitwoded Management Consultancy Service is a center founded in Ethiopia in 2019. Drawing from various relevant researched and recognized approaches and frameworks, Bitwoded provides business and management development solutions and organizational development programs in the form of consultancy, research, and training. We at Bitwoded believes that nurturing and developing managerial skill that lies in each one of us will significantly improve our performance and the results we get at all levels and in all spheres of life. Undergirding the principles and practices of management skill in all the capacity development works we do, distinguishes our approach, and raises the effectiveness of our interventions. Skill emanates from a choice and a way of being, listening, speaking, and acting, and can be cultivated until new habits and patterns of thinking become habitual and unconscious. Such practices enable us to respond to complex challenges with more resilience and adaptability.
